The main character Charley is the typical nobodie high school kid. But his life has been tragic and scarring his aunt molested him and really messed him up.He started hanging out with a bunch of misfit seniors and began to realize he wasnt the only one who had issues. He grew an loved them and began to bond with them. He learns that he isnt the only person in the world that was weird or had any life mistakes and the title fits in with the theme of the movie . Because he is said to be a wall flower he takes in what everyone says and keeps quiet about it.
